This is a single HTML file that connects through peer-to-peer WebRTC. One person hosts, the other joins by copying a code back and forth.

Slow opponent: limit them to one click per second for 10 seconds. Move button: make their button jump around for 10 seconds. Shrink button: shrink their button for 10 seconds.
How to win60 seconds
Click your own button as fast as possible. Every click adds 1 point. Build up enough energy to sabotage the other player, but sabotage costs you points too.
When the timer hits zero, the higher score wins.
